The Beyond the Wall sake collection is a limited edition that celebrates the manga Attack on Titan.
This sake is a Junmai Ginjo (55%) made with Yamadahnishiki rice, nicknamed "King of Sake Rice". Sake made with Yamadahnishiki is considered to have a richer taste and a more delicate and smoother flavor. Levi is the captain of the army, he is the strongest human. Like Levi's character, this sake is powerful and offers very rich notes.

The Kikunsato distillery is located in the NASU region in the northeast of Tochigi prefecture. This region offers ideal conditions for sake rice, with large temperature differences, terraced fields and good water quality. The rice used to produce Beyond the Wall sake is grown locally by farmers in the area.
