This sake is brewed with Okusawa spring water and high-quality rice grains. It is a Junmai-Daiginjo, the highest level of rice grain polishing for sake, aiming to reach the core of the grains to extract their aromatic richness and full flavor. Additionally, edible gold flakes give it a festive and refined touch, along with its washi label, traditional handmade Japanese paper used since the 7th century. It can be enjoyed chilled or at room temperature and pairs well with all sauced dishes and seafood.
