Ogawa Seimen
The founding of the Ogawa Seimen company dates back to 1887 (Meiji era). Ogawa Seimen has been making Soba pasta for almost 130 years, always prioritizing quality and flavor.
Soba is a pasta made with buckwheat flour mixed with water and cut into thin strips. They are cooked in hot water and the Japanese can then choose to eat them hot in a broth or to eat them cold after rinsing them in cold water.
Ogawa Seimen produces its Soba using exclusively buckwheat flour from Japan and devotes a lot of time and care to the drying stage to maintain the optimal temperature and humidity conditions necessary to make quality Soba. This is why Soba made by Ogawa is as tasty as fresh Soba.
