Removable meditation bench

This meditation bench is handcrafted with extra strong cotton fabric.

An ergonomic base is a safe investment to always be comfortable and relaxed during your hours of meditation. If due to lack of flexibility, it is difficult or even impossible for you to use a traditional zafu, the bench is an excellent alternative. By raising the pelvis, you stand straight, your spine is straightened and you are not in tension. The bench allows you to adopt an impeccable posture, and therefore to take care of both your mind and your body.

To clean your bench, brush the fabric or use the vacuum cleaner. Stains can be removed by rubbing it with a damp cloth.
