This blend of malt and grain is aged for over 3 years
in bourbon barrels. After meticulous assembly, it is
then refined in a Japanese red wine barrel from the province of
Tottori for 3 months.
This red wine barrel finish offers delicious notes reminiscent of bitter caramel and chocolate cake, accompanied by an exceptional fruity flavor.
The key factor contributing to the exceptional quality of this blend is the use of natural groundwater from Mount Daisen. The marriage between this crystal clear water and the carefully selected blend of whiskeys gives rise to a harmonious and balanced expression.
Not cold filtered.
