Sake japonais Shirakawago Sasa Nigori

Ginjo moromi is added to Junmai Ginjo sake to create a slightly cloudy sake with a light taste. This is a rustic Junmai Ginjo recommended for daily consumption. Even those who don't like nigori sake will like it, and it has a taste that can be enjoyed as a fine sake. This sake from the Junmai category, with a rather semi-dry character, is served chilled and iced, it is a coarsely filtered white sake, with a pleasant creamy texture. Shake well before serving chilled.
