Konjac or Shirataki spaghetti made in the traditional way in Japan in the Gunma region!
Konjac is combined with rice to make the spaghetti more flavorful and their texture more tender. Konjac is composed mainly of Glucomannan, which contributes to weight loss (*1) and the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (*2).
Our innovative manufacturing process reduces conservation water by 75% and largely neutralizes the typical fishy odor of Konjac which disappears completely after rinsing.

(*1) At a daily consumption of 3g min. of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each (50g of drained pasta), with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
