 This artisanal and organic sauce combines sesame paste with yuzu and vinegar. Sesame is a very popular product in Japan for its taste and its health benefits. This sauce can be used as a vinaigrette but will also go very well with meats cut into thin slices cooked on the plancha or in the brazier.

Ingredients: Water (33.3%), organic rice vinegar (25.1% ), organic sugar (15.8%), organic sesame paste (11%), organic grated sesame (2.2%), salt, organic yuzu juice (0.9%), yeast extract, agar-agar , organic safflower oil (some ingredients contain wheat and soy).
