Ingredients: Water, dextrose, rice (rice, rice koji), corn syrup.

Sweet rice alcohol used only for making sauces and in casseroles to which it brings sweetness and gives a lacquered appearance to dishes. This soft and sweet "sake" balances the salty taste of the soybean and being most often heated the alcohol it contains (11 to 16 degrees approximately) evaporates.
This amber-colored rice wine with a syrupy appearance is made from Mochi-gomé (sticky rice) steamed with Shochu (brandy made from rice, barley or potato soft).
