Hakata No Hana Premium 5 years is a splendid example of a Shochu made according to the rules
art ! 3 different batches of barley are distilled and aged separately before being blended
in a single drink. A rare and delicious SHOCHU that is drunk chilled.
80% single distillation at 44% vol. Aged for 5 years in stainless steel vats, 20% double distillation at 66%
flight. Aged in wood for more than 5 years.
TASTING NOTES:
DRESS : Very light straw.
NOSE: Herbaceous with notes of jasmine.
MOUTH: Fragrant and floral.
FINAL: Long and elegant.
