Udons are one of the most consumed pastas in Japan. These are the wider Japanese pasta, made from soft wheat.

Manual :

Cook the udons in a large volume of boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes depending on your preference. They are generally eaten in a good dashi broth or cold with mensuyu sauce.

Conservation :

Store at room temperature.
