Dharma - Wisdom
Dharma is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as 'natural law'; in general, it is used to designate the teaching of the Buddha. Use this mala to meditate and increase your level of wisdom!

Prayer beads: "in the present moment, my mind is calm".
The word "mala" in Sanskrit means garland of roses. Also called rosary or prayer beads, it comes from India where it was used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It then passed to Islam and then to Christianity at the time of the Crusades. The mala is used to count pious words or to recite mantras. Mantra meditation consists of repeating words or syllables that generate a specific vibration. Place the mala in your hand and take a bead with your fingers. With each new word or mantra that you recite, move on to the next bead. This is an effective way to keep yourself in the present moment and calm your mind.

Complete malas have 108 beads that correspond to the 108 passions of man. Mala bracelets generally have 24 beads or any other number in principle multiple of 3. They can be worn as personal accessories or jewelry, thus defining our personality and character. In all traditions, they have a magical and protective aura.
