Sweetened Yuzu Peels 30 g - YUZU

Small dry and candied peels from the producer's own know-how and vacuum-packed. Yuzu is a yellow Japanese citrus fruit weighing about a hundred grams.

Flavor: The sugar in these peels enhances the subtle flavor of yuzu and largely removes the bitterness of the zest.

Use: The peels are used in savory cooking as well as in cakes and ice creams. They can also be eaten as a confectionery.

Ingredients : Yuzu (40%), Sugar (30%), Reduced glucose syrup (25%), Acidifier (E300) (5%).

Storage : Store away from light, heat and humidity. After opening, consume quickly.
