Small bell bowl, DHARMA
The Dharma bell is made in Japan, where it is used at the beginning and end of meditations. It is used in the same way as the keizu bell, with a light blow of the mallet on the rim. - At home, its clear and crystalline sound is an invitation to practice mindfulness, to calm the emotions and soothe the mind. - According to Thich Nhat Hanh, a world-famous Vietnamese monk, "we all have peace, tranquillity and joy within us, but we need to invoke them to manifest them.
