Yuko is a Japanese citrus fruit larger than a clementine and yellow in color, grown in the Tokushima prefecture region.
Flavor: Yuko has a sweet, slightly bitter flavor, between orange and grapefruit. This unpasteurized juice retains all the properties and taste of fresh yuko.
It can be used to replace lemon in pastries as well as in savory preparations: in sorbet, in your fruit salads, in your cocktails. It will go wonderfully with your sauces to accompany fish and seafood.
Ingredients: 100% organic yuko juice.

The company Bando Foods is a very small family company, based in the Tokushima department (Shikoku island), which cultivates Japanese citrus fruits yuzu, sudachi and yukoh on an area of more than 7700m². All fruits are grown between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Its annual production is around 25 tonnes. Part of its production is sold as is in Japan. The other part is transformed into products such as the yuzu and sudachi juices that we offer you. It is one of the only companies in Japan to be certified organic for Japanese citrus fruits, from the cultivation of the fruits to their production. This is why Umami is one of the only companies in France to be able to offer yuzu and of pure organic sudachi.
