Katoukichibee Shouten is a brewery created in 1860 which uses only traditional methods and exclusive ingredients, this Katoukichibee Born Junsui sake is made with one of the most polished rice which gives it important qualities. This brewery produces around 50 kinds of flagship sakes around the world.
“Born” means purity, this sweet and silky sake with lively acidity while being light has a deep flavor and its aromas are rich, it will whet the appetite if you taste it as an aperitif, it can can also be drunk throughout a dinner or as a dessert, as for its tasting temperature, we let you choose even if it is advisable to drink it chilled or possibly at room temperature.
