COOK-PAL REN
100% made in Japan. Innovative technology made from the highest quality steel for a product with superior performance.
No need to burn the coating
The steel surface is not coated with an anti-rust coating, unlike products finished with a clear lacquer.
Therefore, the tedious process of burning the coating is not necessary and the product can be used as is.
Features of high temperature heat treated special steel plate
When a steel surface is reinforced with a special high temperature heat treatment, an oxidized layer that is five times harder than normal steel is
shape. The layer covers the entire surface and also penetrates into the steel. This means that no coating comes off when the surface comes into contact with a spatula or wire brush, unlike the inside of resin pans.
Hard to burn and rust resistant ingredients
The oxidized layer on the surface of the steel has a number of small holes. Oil penetrates
in the holes, thus preventing the ingredients from burning.
As the product is difficult to rust, maintenance is easy. Simply rinse with warm water then wipe with a dry cloth.
Additional “steel content” for absorption and high flame cooking ability
Steel discharged from the pan during cooking adds additional steel content to ingredients. The product can be used with high flame because it is made of very durable steel. As a result, you can fry the ingredients in a short time to get a crispy texture.
