This plum jam is produced on a farm located in Hida-Takayama, Gifu Prefecture. Plums, originally green, take on a pretty yellow hue as they ripen. They give off a sweet peach scent and have a delicious fruity flavor. They are combined with Tanegashima sugar.
Flavor: A plum jam as delicious as a dessert, with a lively fruity attack, a flavor tangy and a hint of umami.
Plum jam can be eaten simply, on toast, but it will be ideal for garnishing natural yogurt or with vanilla ice cream. Very little sweet, it can also be used in your sweet preparations such as pies, with whipped cream or in muffins.
Ingredients : Ume plum (58%), Sugar (42%).< /span>
Storage: Store at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks.
