Ponzu is a very popular and widespread sauce in Japan due to its fresh, deep and umami-rich taste. It combines soy sauce, dashi and a Japanese citrus fruit. There is also often a little vinegar or mirin. This organic yuzu ponzu is produced with organic yuzu juice from the Shikoku region, organic rice vinegar from the same producer, as well as organic soy sauce made from soy and wheat grown in Japan.
